In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

I’ve been a loyal customer of this In-N-Out for years, but today's visit was disappointing. The girl taking my drive-through order seemed unfamiliar with the secret menu item I was asking for, and I felt uncomfortable when she got an attitude with me and I never gave her any lip or was difficult with her. Once I reached the cashier window I was accidentally charged for someone else’s meal (the car behind me), and instead of owning the mistake, the cashier blamed me. I thought I was being charged for my order because the girl that took my order told me that my meal would be read out loud in a certain. I believe her name was Makayla, and she made a rude comment to on how “people need to wake up and pay attention”. It’s a rare misstep for a restaurant that has consistently accurate service, like in-n-out, to be worth reviewing procedures to ensure consistency in food service. Though the issue was eventually sorted out, I received what I didn’t ask for and wasn’t given utensils or napkins to enjoy my meal. I really appreciate the manager refunding me the amount that I was over charged with and the other worker on the last window, making sure I got everything I paid for. My teenage son and I traveled from Northern Virginia to visit family in Fontana in July 2022, and we looked forward to eating a burger. This In-n-Out Burger restaurant is probably one of the best we've visited. The burgers, fries, and shakes were fantastic as we remembered them. The servers were very efficient in the drive thru, and they were also very friendly and patient in receiving our order. More importantly, in our experience dining inside the restaurant, the cashiers and servers were even more friendlier than I expected. A particular cashier, I believe her name was Ella, greeted us with a terrific & authentic smile that lit up the restaurant and made us feel very welcomed in the restaurant. Again, I've attended several In-N-Out establishments throughout southern California, but I would rate this particular one as one of the best. We visited this restaurant 7 times during our California vacation. The folks working at this restaurant looked like they enjoyed working there, and some of them looked like they were truly having fun! Kudos to the management staff. You will appreciate this place for it's price and quality combo. It's not a fat juicy burger. But it's the right burger. Try a one extra toasted bun! It delivers! For some reason extra toasted bun is perfection. The fries are literally fresh from a potato. Menu is simple and to the point. You go for a cheeseburger or hamburger, as for it how you like it. And fries. The actually fo have COFFEE if you didn't know that. Sipping on a shake after a bite of the fries is also delightful. Ask for your food in a box if you are not literally parking and eating it in that moment. This food does not do well waiting to eat for even 20 mins, it doesn't hold because it's fresh and meant to eat hot off the griddle. Literally if you must take to go to eat after 10 to 20 mins ask for it in a box. It doesn't steam and get as soggy

I don't like eating inside it is a place to hurry and eat and go. This is ultimately a drive thru place for me. The people are very friendly and on top of things. Once in a while the order may be wrong, but a quick call to their hotline and they will make it...
