Worst customer service ever!! I love the food but not at this place. I went two different times and I had the worst experiences. The first time I went trough the drive trough because I wasnât feeling like getting out of my card, I ordered and they didnât even repeat my order to confirm what I was asking for, the lady just said come to the window, I get my food and I leave but I check my bad and it wasnât what I asked for, it wasnât even close. I go back and go inside and the pregnant lady at the desk was sooo rude! and angry when I told her thatâs wasnât what I asked for and she was like â yes thatâs what you asked forâ and I was like no, and so rude asked what I wanted and just left and told the cooks in Spanish to make what I asked for, my actual food was cheaper than the one she charged me for and she didnât even gave me the refund but since she was mad I just left. AND THE Second time I ate inside and my food was RAW!! It was sooo raw and cold from inside like they didnât fried the fish and chicken enough to be cooked! The chicken was literally pink!!! And I was so grossed out, my bf went to tell them and they started speaking Spanish, ( I speak Spanish) and she laughed and told the cookers to remake it. Then at some point they were all talking and staring at me, even the people in the back came up front just to check on me and laugh,IT WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE!! And then they got my food in like less than 5min and it was gross!! It was straight RAW! Not even warm it was less cooked than the first one, it was even worst!!!    Read moreThe food is fine, the service is HORRIBLE!! I was catering a lunch via this location. This was my first time at this restaurant. My credit card was not swiping properly. From past experience I knew that if they entered my credit card number manually it would work fine. They refused to enter the card manually due to company policy. I asked to speak to the manager. Unfortunately the cashier said he was on the phone so I waited for 15 to 20 minutes while my food got cold. After he got off the phone he relayed a message that he was not willing to allow my credit card to be manually input even though I had ID. I asked that the cashier call the home office and authorize them to input my card manually. Another 10 to 15 minutes went by until we got approval. Within 10 seconds of manually inputting my card it was approved. Surprise! Jjust like I said it would be. Throughout this whole half hour to forty minutes while I waited for my food, the manager never came out to speak with me and was on the phone the entire time. Worthless customer service and a worthless manager. What a shame. Probably explains why they were only about three customers in the restaurant. Note: I spoke to customer service at the corporate office and ask that the franchise owner call and speak to me. Over the phone a cashier named Jessica Giselle admitted she was the one who got my order wrong, put me on hold to talk to her manager, then apologized and told me to go back to get the right order and told me to keep the wrong order. After a 20 minute drive back I get there the manager Astrid Sanchez refused to make me another plate even though the cashier said they were. Then made me pay extra because apparently they also charged me wrong. She then refused to remake the entire correct plate and instead gave me a side of meat only, not macaroni or veggies just the meat. She said I already had macaroni and veggies from the wrong order. When I called corporate office they did nothing for me, acted like employees, unprofessional. Corporate is a joke like talking to a store manager. I'm shocked at how horrible customer service is when their associates make a mistake. By the time I got home to the wrong order my food was very cold and I got nothing for my time and gas wasted driving back to them for a mistake they had made.
