Burger King — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

I visited BK at 12549 Foothill R.C.after work. I ordered 2 Brisket whoppers and a small fries. Waited 5- 10 min. I noticed cashier was communicating in Spanish to the ladies preparing the order. Got my order and left. Got home , got ready to enjoy my burgers only to find out instead of burgers got 2 wraps and fries.Drove back to the BK told cashier the order wrong, I paid for 2 Brisket whoppers. Order was corrected. I asked the cashier what is being done for this inconvenience, having drive back here to get my order right. He said I will upgrade you to large fries. If I needed more fries I would have order a large. Did not even offer a drink. The language barrier between women preparing the orders...

They have the rudest employees ever, including the manager. Tried to use a coupon from t-mobile Tuesday and the lady already had an attitude saying we could not use it only on Tuesdays. Then comes another employee while no one is talking to him saying no screenshots and only on Tuesdays. No one said it was a screenshot nor was the coupon ONLY for Tuesdays. The cashier got my order wrong even after I repeated it 3 times to him. He repeated it back correctly and after paying I saw he charged me for extra items. I just didn’t feel like going back in line as they’re were only two employees at the moment. The wait was about 10 minutes and the fries were cold and burger slightly underdone.
