Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Ranson

We told the server our order about three or four times and she still got it wrong! actually we had two different girls Asking us what we ordered several times. Not only that but we were overcharged! I understand everyone makes mistakes but to lie and keep covering up about it is not acceptable. She took our payment then after she handed us the first ice cream told us "oh I forgot to charge you for something and made us pay again" Then after she charged my card yet again she tried handing me someone else's order ! I asked her if I just paid for someone else's order and she said "Oh no, I didn't charge you for their order, I didn't overcharge you" I contacted customer service who assured me I would get a gift card for the trouble. That gift card never arrived and now everyone's gone quiet. To tell you the truth I just want my money back because I don't want to go to this place ever again!!! I love Baskin Robbins in general. But this location is no good. Out of the last two times we have made the drive to get our favorite ice cream treat (World Class Chocolate) we have been very disappointed. The first time we went in on a Monday night around 5:45 pm they said they aren’t serving ice cream because it was all in the back freezer which meant it was “too hard…”. Feel like we got lied to there. The second time we came, they were out of world class chocolate and there was one in the back that again, was “too hard” to serve. Very disappointed at this location. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this place, always extremely rude and we all understand the staff shortage so we are trying here too. However when you call in regards to not having the basic ice cream and I ask a questions the person on the phone snaps at me saying uh no.

I get it you wanna go home however the store doesn’t close for another two hours. So please when I ask what ice cream you have don’t say none.
