My wife will never go back to this location again they are completely unprofessional. She had an appointment to have my hair dyed and highlighted, which is about a three hour appointment. She showed up three minutes late for my appointment and Ashley and the owner said that it was too late and I could not be seen and The person who was going to do my hair was saying sorry to me and the owner told her no donāt be sorry itās not your fault . Thatās unprofessional of being the owner to say that to her employees . This is completely unacceptable and I hope that nobody goes to this location ever again to make matters worse. I just drove an hour from my house because I had heard that this was a decent location so please take my experience as your own so you donāt waste your time or your money at this place. I do not recommend this place. The owner tried to say I was 15 minutes late however, as I walked out the door, I called my husband and the call was clearly recorded at 9:05 which was five minutes after the showtime was supposed to be the hairstylist said Iām sorry, but we cannot see you and the owner came over to her and said you donāt have to tell her youāre sorry it is not your fault that is very unprofessional. I cannot believe the kind of customer service that this location, especially being the owner. I do not recommend this place at all if my appointment was supposed to be for roughly 2 hours how was my hairstylist already so busy after five minutes past my showtime and then The owner said that I was supposed to confirm my appointment however there was no confirmation email or phone call sent when I made the appointment. They clearly just said OK we will see you Sunday...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI highly recommend this salon! I got my haircut for the first time about two months ago and was very pleased with the results. I went back today for all over color (red-violet) and another haircut (decided to chop it off). Not only did I feel comfortable with my hairstylist (Heather) but she was hilarious! I walked out looking like a different person, and I couldnāt be happier. Iāve received a ton of compliments already:)
Update: I previously gave this salon a 5, now 1. The hairstylist I loved no longer works here, but I decided to give someone else a try. I was a walk-in, no appointment, which they accept. When I arrived I got signed in fairly quickly, which was nice. I then waited for a bit (20 min at least) which wasnāt a big deal as I said I didnāt have an appointment. The gentleman that works there brought me back to his station and I showed him my previous haircut. I explained to him that this was the best cut Iāve ever had, and who it was done by (she no longer works there). He just looked at me and made a face and said, ā umm well I donāt know what to tell you.ā At this point I wasnāt sure what to say, I was surprised by his response. I then said, āwhat do you mean?ā He explained that she was an exceptional hairstylist and that he would have someone else do my hair. I went back to the front where I sat and sat, and no one checked on me, apologized or told me how long I had to wait. Very unprofessional! Needless to say...
