Five Guys — Restaurant in Ranson

Very unhappy about my experience today. I had placed an online order for my brothers birthday and went to pick it up, when I got there, a little early 2-3 mins, I saw them putting 2 orders together, one for a gentleman who was waiting before me, and mine. The gentleman before me got his and left. I let them know the name of the order, they looked at the order and said they had it and was waiting to add fries. While I was waiting a handful of people were ordering and also joined the queue to wait for their food. Thats when it all went wrong. I then proceeded to wait for about 15 mins watching every single person who ordered food after I got there receiving their food, and leaving. All I was waiting for was fries. Every order infront of me had fries. And they kept looking at the label and just kept on giving everyone else their orders. I counted 8 orders, 2 were pickup and the rest were carry out or dine in. Now usually if im last in line, thats one thing. But if I place an online order 20 mins before I get there, see them make it, then have to wait another 15+ mins in unnacceptable. They had 3 people in the front working so I figured they might be understaffed, but as soon as I saw them kicking out orders I saw that wasn't the problem. Update 5/29/20 Service continues to be very spotty, sometimes decent and sometimes very bad. This evening it was very bad. Checked in to let them know I was there to pick up there order. The cashier said she would bring it out when ready. 20 min. later still no order. I go in they say oh it's over there on the counter, I ask politely where are the milkshakes, oh you ordered milkshakes? Yes ok will make them. 10 min. later I get the milkshakes in cups that are half full. These are $5 each. By this time my fries are starting to get cold. While waiting for them I here one of the employees complaining because someone handed her a $5 cash tip and she felt akward touching the cash. Won't be going back for a while.

Burgers are always great and the fries usually are too and the staff is friendly but should it really take twenty minutes to get a fresh cooked burger? That it's my main complaint. Even when ordering ahead well in advance my food is never ready when I get there. The fries were under cooked as well and no one asked if they could help me at the pick up counter until I asked if my order was ready only to find out...

Horrible and I do mean horrible service and Management at this facility. I called in an order got there five minutes later sat in there for 30 minutes while three other customers came in behind me ordered their food and received it before me. That right there is enough to Upset anyone. To top it off I go and ask for my refund before my food was ready and get told I can only get a partial refund with keeping my food. Mind you this is the second time in two months that this has happened to me. And then the so-called manager wanted to sit there and argue me about the situation. So we exchanged our words to one another and I left the establishment. Five minutes later I get a phone call from five guys, That my new order is ready. Why would they call me and tell me my order is ready when one- I already left two -they don’t ever call and say your order is ready in three-the so-called manager argues with me again over the phone cussing back at me.
