Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ranson

I was at your restaurant and ordered 5 pizzas and two cheese puff orders. I had arrived at 7:15 and did not leave till 8:15pm. While i was there half of my order was handed to me and it was missing one item, a pepperoni puff box. I asked if i could get it and was told they were preparing it. While I was waiting for an hour two associates of the three were sitting on their phone the entire time and ignore the people at the front. We waited 1 hour for the puffs and were not greeted with any form of reconciliation for the wait or the lack of hospitality. I am beyond upset and i was not the only person. Three other people were waiting for an hour to 45 minutes. When they had asked for a refund, they were greeted with excuses that were obviously fake due to being able to see the entire kitchen and were told they could get a partial refund. Our food was cold by the time I had recieved the last item i needed. I am livid. I have gone to this little caesars twice now and have run into similar issues of carelessness. I am patient if the staff is woeking and doing their job but running behind but it was one what looked like 16 year old running the food and putting through orders while the manager and her friend were on their phones. I received this coupon and was excited since the Italian Cheesy Bread is the only thing I really like on their menu. Thought I'd be nice to my family and get dinner there so they could have pizza and I could have the cheesy bread. When I placed the order, though, I was told that you could only use the coupon if you ordered 10 items. No where on the coupon does it say that. I questioned that, especially since an order of Italian Cheesy Bread is 10 pieces. The very friendly employee stated that her manager said it was only good with a ten item order when the employee thought it meant how it actually reads also. I then told the employee that since I was there I still wanted the cheesy bread. She said it would be a 15 minute wait! It was 6:30 in the evening. I would think this would be an item that would be ready, or at least close to ready, during a busy dinner time frame. Sadly, there are often times when "Hot and Ready" items are no where near ready during the 6-8 time. I did not wait for the bread, but was reminded why I dislike this location so much. They should at least honor the coupons they have...

Actually surprised by the complaints. Guess I'm not that picky. The girl and guy that have been working on Saturdays work really hard. The guy is fine, the girl is nice. The pizzas haven't been ready to go the last couple times I went, but I can wait 10-15 minutes. Apparently they taste better like that anyways, compared to the ones that have been sitting "Hot and Ready" to eat. Surprised to hear that some Lil Caesars still charge $5.99 for the Large pepperoni. This place charges $7.99, and the one closer to my home charges $8.49.

If you don't have 10 minutes to wait if they run out of the Hot and Readys, order ahead and it'll be in that boxey thing. And don't give the young people a hard time, they're working hard and it's usually just the two of them selling $8 pizzas.

Rolling my eyes and the reviewer that complained about the bathroom. You're lucky they even let you use it. The one near me it's an employee only bathroom now.

Oh yeah, no complaints about the pizza. I enjoy them. Only issue I have is it burning my face because I'm so hungry I can't...
