Buckle — Local services in Redding

My girlfriend bought two pairs of rock revivals. She needed them both hemmed so came back a week after purchase to pick them up and one pair was hemmed, but the other wasn’t. So they said give them another week they will take care of it. Went back a week later picked them up and she tried them on at home because I picked them up for her and they still didn’t hem them. So she is returning a 3rd time after speaking with a manager who was very nonchalant about the whole situation. Just ok. You can find some good deals and quality items. But overall a lot of stuff is over priced and lacking in the way it’s made. I bought several pairs of jeans (name brand like wrangler, miss me, Rock Revival etc) and most them have holes or snags after 5 wears. I don’t do anything strenuous or work in the elements. The shirts I bought we all over 40$ range and I can say they’re more or less like something I’d find at TJMaxx or Ross(all dress shirts or blouses). Not going to last more than 3-5 washes. One of my favorite clothing and accessories store. If you like quality clothing that most of which and maybe all ....is handcrafted right here in THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA! Then THE BUCKLE is the place 2go, jus bear in mind the quality items cost some money... The Buckle has good prices for their inventory....and they have good sale and clearance items...Their staff is knowledgeable and polite ....However if your not familiar with what quality clothing and accessories cost and expect these things to be inexpensive ....then go2 a different store.....I appreciate THE BUCKLE and its a...
