I love this store and the customer service is unbeatable. I called the store on my way to a birthday party (of course I was running way late!), explained what I was looking for, and arrived about 1 minute before they closed. The ladies had everything ready when I walked in (a bracelet and a selection of charms that I had described). I chose the charm I wanted, paid, and was out the door in less than 3 minutes. This place always has what my mom what’s for gifts for either birthdays and mother day. They always have a great selection of Brighton Jewelry, clothes, and accessories. Although it’s a 3 out of 5 for me due to the some what weird customer service. I had to say hello to the people working and goodbye as well. I didn’t feel very welcome to the store because I had to be the one welcoming myself. Also one of the workers kept touching my 1.5 year old girl. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience while trying to shop here with my mom yesterday. There was an older woman working the shop and while I was trying to look at some jewelry she made me feel very uncomfortable. I read another review where someone felt discriminated against and that is exactly what happened to me. I was judged by the way I look. Once my mom realized what was happening, we left.
