11/14/24 Another breakfast knocked out of the park! Deja Vu is consistently over the top. There is a wait in the mornings but it is well worth it. Servers are so amazing, friendly, and take care of anything you need. Food is fantastic, I just can't say enough about them. From excellent service, to delicious food, large portions, everything is perfect!

We had the awesome Adela for our server today. This lady is one of the best I've ever experienced. What a sweetheart!

Best breakfast in Redding hands down!

We've forgotten how amazing breakfast at Deja Vu is! My son and granddaughter invited us for breakfast and we were quickly reminded how awesome it is.

The food was perfectly prepared, and delivered in abundance! I'll share photos but in no way can you see the deliciousness in these pics.

And Asley absolutely killed it as our server. What a sweetheart! That girl can carry 20 plates at once! Lol!

02/26/2024 First visit to the new location. Same great food and excellent service! Debbie was our server and she is always amazing! Today is my wife's birthday and she could have gone anywhere, and she chose Deja Vu!

Sometimes the wait is long but the food is so worth it! Everytime we have been here, the food, whether breakfast or lunch has been amazing! The wait staff is always great but this time we had Heather. She is the best waitress we have ever had in our many years of dining out. Heather went the extra mile to make our visit more than a meal, it was a dining experience! If there were more than 5 stars we would...

I must say this place is a 10! Happy I finally stopped in after eyeing this place for months upon travel.

Was a wait of course but I always feel that’s a good sign. I didn’t hear my name as they don’t really come around the corner to the seating area. But after noticing them taking others back who was after me, I mentioned it and the Server (Debbie) who actually took care of us was prompt to have the hostess sit us immediately.

Smoothies (tropical and peach) were nothing less of amazing. I don’t like fake peach flavor but my kiddo made my try it and I was surprised! Super fresh all fresh natural fruit peach flavor!

Lattes were great! The beans they use are very aromatic.

Started with the Belgian waffle with bananas and strawberries; super crispy waffle not soggy at all fresh cut fruit not in a syrup. And topped with the berry syrup for a lovely suggestion from Miss Debbie.

Pancakes are HUGE, fluffy and flavorful!

French toast you can taste the cinnamon and also flavorful.

I had the Bacon avocado Benedict and was a little on the scrawny side but again our wonderful server Miss Debbie was prompt in getting actual pieces of avocado to add to it and extra hollandaise sauce to top it off with.

I went with my kiddos and I, my tribe, and not one complaint! We all agreed that their bacon is thick, crunchy and yummy like actual bacon should be!

This cafe/resteraunt was not busy when I went in for lunch. I called ahead and the staff member on the phone was very friendly and knowledgable. They do to go take-out! We were seated within just a few minutes in a friendly booth with a good atmosphere. Menus and waters were instant. The best way to describe the waitress (I believe her name was Debie) was nothing short of wonderful. I ordered a special of veggie scramble and it came loaded with fresh vegetables, hashbrowns and a side of pancakes. The food tasted great, and was served with perfect timing. The pancakes are made in house, came in a stack of three with three options for syrup and they were so delicious i had to finish them. Our cups were never left empty and the service was just spectacular. I would definitely refer friends and out of towners here. Its a short walk from free parking that's not street parking, easy to access and a highly enjoyable visit. Visiting deja vu should be on everyones to-do list for fast, friendly service and a quality meal in Redding. I know I can't wait to return. NOTE: I do want to mention that this cafe seemed kid friendly and there were children present. Great for parents. And if you are looking for a quiet nook to drink your coffee... They seemed to have plenty so the noise of kiddos...
