Gather Downtown — Local services in Redding

My son and I went to Gather today for lunch. We had such a great experience, the food was awesome and the staff was super sweet and helpful. We also enjoyed looking around after our meal. I will definitely be back to shop! I was really impressed with the quality of items in the consignment shop and reasonable prices. It's also not just for women. There are really nice items here for the whole family! I was especially impressed by the kids' section downstairs that has the cutest handmade items and also a maternity rack! Bought a shorts outfit for granddaughter couple months ago and hung in her closet.Tags still on it. Not knowing how fast she would grow it is going to be to small. Wanted to trade for one size up. No way, only seven days the clerk said.!! It was a rainy day when I bought it, store was dead.....she didn't even look at it to see how perfect with original tags. Was going to look for more things but decided if they cannot work with customers, I will go elsewhere. Money to precious to throw...

All in all I liked this store. The staff was nice and helpful. The hand made items were well made. The Gather Downtown has something for everyone in the family. I personally liked the handmade lotions , perfumes,and body products. Also carry CBD products . The homemade crafts are like I said quality and Well made . The one draw back I found is the used items for sale in the store are a little bit more than you would expect to pay for...
