Viva Downtown Redding — Local services in Redding

So much energy trying to boost Downtown Redding. Things are so much better than when I left in ‘90 but still so much room for improvement. Some big events like Rodeo Week, Kool April Nights but 90% of the year downtown is pretty dead. More community events, bigger reach when promoting and stop talking about parking - every downtown has that dynamic and Viva distracts themselves and their target audience.
