Passing through the area and decide to drop in. Initially it was to get the size of my finger.

Upon entering we were greeted by Jackie, Zara, and Rachel. They let us know when they were available they would check in with us.

The wait was no more than 5 mins which provided enough time to browse.

I am going to mix up the names but the ladies will know who assisted us.

When I mentioned I need to confirm my ring size Zara or Rachel was empathetic to my reason for the fluctuations in my size. Provided great knowledge on sizing and assuring that I was comfortable the entire time. After the fitting I showed the rings I wanted to try. She took note of what I was looking for and asked questions. From there she actually made a suggestion based on the questions and observations. It was her suggestion that was the best out of all the rings. That suggestion was the ring we purchased.

At the register, I was able to have addressed, which store would be best to have my ring resized. Jackie took note that it needed to be resized and I would take it to the store, the address was written down for which store to take. All three of them were great with my children while we were in the store. Jackie gave them lollipops with our permission And either Zara or Rachel did interact with them where they smiled and laughed. Overall, we left the store, excited and accomplished. Jackie and Zara were great and did everything possible to help me find a ring for my girlfriend. I walked in to get my wrist measured for watches and saw the sales signs so figured I’d take a look since I’ve been thinking about getting her a ring for a while. Was having a hard time finding what I think she’d like so Jackie pulled up the online selections. I found a beautiful rose gold diamond band online that I liked so Jackie took me over to one of the cases to kind of give a reference of what the ring would be like because they had a similar looking one. The ring grew on me really fast and I almost instantly thought it was a better choice than the online one and ended up deciding on it as-well as these beautiful butterfly earrings that caught my eyes. Amazing support! Amazing shop! I have gone in a few times and all those times, I felt authentically supported and in the driver seat. The store felt so welcoming and without pressure and made the experience feel amazing! The store has such a “real” and authentic team that was staffed this day, especially (Rachel) who helped us. She was such a real one! She made every moment feel great! She found my wedding band and size on the first go! And supported my fiancé find her band within 20-30 minutes!
