PacSun — Local services in Redding

As somebody who use to work at this location a few years ago I’ve gotta say, wow. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. When I worked there we were to greet every guest within 30 seconds of them entering the store. I’m not asking the staff to be my best friend but acknowledging a guest in the store should be top priority. I’ve only been in probably 3 times this year and I’ve never been acknowledged by any staff even once. I was in a few days ago and two of the staff members were watching a video on one of their phones. I’m sure sales are down with the lack of costumer service. But the staff doesn’t care if sales are down because they don’t get commission off their sales...

Very clean and nice, however not really my style and in my opinion, overpriced. If moth eaten paint splattered worn ripped burned clothing is your thing, than this is the place for you. I will admit however, that they in fact do have some really nice clothes, but the majority I feel as if simply painting in a normal pair of pants will give the look that they're charging 50$ for. Again my opinion, I have friends who can pull off the look and look nice in Pac-sun clothes, however, I don't think I can...

The assistance manager. Help me get my size. And more. Stuff to buy. I had a lot of questions. And she answers them all. And yesterday 5 stars service as well. We love it that we came back the next day. At opening hours. To get my sister and brother some awesome pants. Thank you hope pacsun. Pay you enough ..... you are always their... But without this happy experience(its was you). I never would have gone back. And i Thank you...
