MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Redding

Do a mobile order, tell them at the online order counter that I'm here ready to pick up my order. The gentleman says oh it'll be about 10 more minutes. I wait 10 more minutes nothing. I see the same gentleman put two pizzas up on the online order shelf and walk away. About 10 more minutes later someone asked me, are you waiting for an orde? I say yes. I say what my name is and it's the two pizza the guy put up on the shelf. The same guy who I had told I was here 20 minutes previously. So I wind up getting there earlier than the pizzas were ready and I'm still getting pizzas that have been sitting around. I ordered 2 pizza and side Ceasar salad for online pick up through Mod pizza website and the online system says the food will be ready at 5. My girlfriend shows up at 5, and when she walks in the employee by the register says to "Hold on" very loudly and the employee begins slicing pizzas before my girlfriend could get a word out. Our order is sitting right in front behind the glass and you can see my name on the receipt. My girlfriend waits for 20 minutes before the employee yells my name and we finally get our food. I really hope this place gets a kiosk to pick up orders in. The employee's clearly do not want to actually provide any assistance. I ordered online and waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the pick up area. They were not busy. Upon finally being acknowledged I was informed they had not even made my order. So basically there was no point in ordering ahead. They also left out one of the items I ordered. The employee was clearly pissed that I was there and that she had to make my order.
