I love my furniture now! Hiring Bellevue East Side Upholstery was the best decision of my life! They renovated my couch, loveseat and ottoman. I love they way they handled everything, and the way they did the Upholstery. After I maid a payment and they started the work, they called me about the foam. Before they opened up the furniture they didn't know that the foam was old. There is no way to know. I am so glad they called me to tell me that it has to be replaced. Imagine spending all that money on recovering the fabric onto the old foam that might fail in few years. Now I am confident that my future will last as long as the wood and fabric. And I love how it feels when I sit down on them. I can feel the difference. I am not falling through as before. I now sit on the firm pieces. I am so greatfull for their advice. They are skilled, experienced, great communicators, and care for their clients. Next I am going to have them recover my headboard that needs total reconstruction, possibly making a new one. I started the experience, talking directly with Archie by text about a chair/ottoman set I had and already had the fabric for. He asked for pictures and fabric yardage for initial assessment. He was very communicative on confirming that he could indeed take this job on for me. I was really relieved.

Between that and my decision to get it scheduled, the company changed hands and platforms, and I worked directly with Olivia....who was even better!

She made the entire experience so pleasant and SO easy! I had a LOT going on in my business and personal life, and needed to get this chair done. We were moving as well so that added a layer.

Not only did she give me a reasonable quote, but offered pick-up and delivery. What a blessing!!

They picked up the chair when they said they would, got the chair down in an efficient amount of time, and then brought it back to me!
