About the Coach: Other than the obvious facts that Coach Paul is a Level-4 trainer, experienced, and patient; what I liked about training with Paul is his optimistic affirmative criticism. Without any mockery, he deliveries the feedback using constructive verbiage that keeps up the morale in the trainee. His choice of examples, words, is sure uplifting. He is a good conversationalist, too.

About the facility: It is spacious & quiet inside. And has got its own parking outside. The location certainly is safe to park the vehicles outside without any concern.

Led by Coach Paul and Coach Lani these two coaches have developed a program and a system that is safe, educational, never ending challenges, and loads of fun. Their big personalities are hidden in the shadow of their vast amount of knowledge for the sport from technique to working with ones own anatomical structures.
