Horrible horrible horrible service. Wife and I walked in on a Saturday at about 10am. There was no line and no other patrons waiting. Two workers (1 guy and a gal) behind the counter when we stepped up to the register. There was no hello, no acknowledgement. I looked at the guy who's making a drink at the time. We had eye contact and thought he'd acknowledge us and let me know that he will be with us. NOPE, he just looked away.
The gal is walking around talking to others employees in the grocery store and not paying any attention, and we couldn't get her attention either. We waited abit, then waited, and waited. We felt stupid after about five minutes of waiting without any acknowledgement and decided to leave. For a business that is so disinterested, I will gladly take my money elsewhere.
Follow up: I contacted the customer service on Starbucks website, and two representatives just wanted to do is refund my order. LISTEN! I couldn't even order because I don't seem to exist IN FRONT of your associate to take the order! Same with below, the automated message asking me how you should improve? Starbucks, do you NOT have any trained customer service people to teach your own staff on basic human decency to say hello to customers? Do you really need your customers to tell you how to interact with them? Yes, give me the $5 gift card and let me try again NOT able to order! I'm done...

My sister and I are lactose intolerant, and have been dairy free for a while. I had asked for my late to be made with Almond milk. (Venti iced vanilla blonde late with almond milk) and a baked apple croissant. My sister asked for a Non dairy vanilla cold brew. Upon first taste of our coffee we felt something was off. Upon further inspection my sister and I found that we had both been given whole milk in our coffee's I just wanted to bring this to the attention of management and just to bring awareness to the staff of this location.
