Been coming here for years but recently had an awful experience here. I asked about a damaged eyeshadow pallet that had a few shades broken ,when they called the coordinator he had the audacity to say their wasn't any physical damages that the shadows had "shifted" (what ever that means) & was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! if you don't like your job don't come to work! Don't be rude to someone who has a decent question. Even the cashier noticed it was broken. Another thing is they shouldn't put male coordinators who know nothing about makeup!!...

Best of all, they are NOT MASK CULTISTS! The greeters asked if I could put on a mask. I politely declined.
