Worst place do not take your gold especially your silver; Cynthia is the worst and bad attitude and borderline racists asking me if the gold is mine and never ask that question to other that walk in and give other 80percent and only 60 percent to me acting and treating me with such a condescending attitude and is ignorant about precious metals in every regard and took way too long; her co worker is even more incompetent do yourself a favor and do not pawn your silver or gold here they will rip you off and not offer you 80 percent of melt value at best 50 to 60 percent and with very bad attitude; the icing on the cake we do not take gold dust even though it is gold at least 14-18k pure gold but cynthia in my opinion should not be working there due to her incompetence wasted over an hour of time when asked if they take gold and then tried to low ball me for silver and get this they do not take silver bar only coins...

Our family has been with them and Numis for years. Recently when we pawn out jewelry that we bought at their shops they always have guaranteed if we ever buy jewelry from them to pawn it is always 50% of what we bought it for….. NOPE they tell us they don’t have enough money or they don’t or can’t ????? If that’s your business motto you have to stand by it… most definitely will be contacting the BBB, as well as consumer affairs, and the San Mateo districts attorneys office that’s not cool… as well as a family member brought in a silver necklace bought at their sister store and the sales person told them it was worth 3$ in silver without even asking did you buy this from us shocked 😮 as a family who has done business with all their stores for years and sad….stay...

So I live in Modesto and I have something there with them I call and Some woman answered the phone and she was not helpful she was in a bad mood and also Didn’t answer any my questions or help me out in anyway she was very unprofessional so then I came to the location and I had help from A young lady named Eva she was great she was wonderful she help me out with everything I asked and more also she took the time to explain everything in with detail I am very appreciate it and I think this company should hire more workers they have great customer service and ability to answer the clients questions So with all that said thank you very much for your customer service Eva I will return to this location in the future just...
