Food was good of course, service was pretty bad though.
Ordered on pick up on app. Drove 15 minutes to pick it up. When we arrived we were ushered in to a line, checked in, and told we were "all set." Things seemed to be moving smoothly: the lines was moving fast and everyone around us was getting their food.
We pulled up to the window and were asked the name on our order, for the first of many times. Over the next 15-20 minutes an astounding amount of chicken came out the drive through window to customers behind us. Little bags, massive bags, milkshakes, ect. I'm not exaggerating when I say it must have been 50 sandwiches + extras.
The thing is we were blocking the line, so it didn't matter how fast they got their food. As time past we could see what was a brisk moving line, backing out in to one of the busiest intersections in the county. We were never asked to pull up, we were never given an update. 3 different people did ask us our names, but only to check if our food was immediately at the window, before they grabbed someone else's food.
I wanted to say something, but I really wanted to see how bad they would let traffic get before they told us to move up. It was almost back to Whipple before they told us to pull up. This was coincidentally 10 seconds before our food was ready. So as we parked, they had to walk it over to us.
I worked in the service industry a long time, so I empathize with being slammed, but you absolutely have to communicate. The kids you have working here seemed almost scared to tell us our order was late (which they never did). And when you mess up the communication at a location with this much traffic, you are affecting traffic in the entire area. I myself have been stuck in traffic caused by this location...
Read moreHands down the worst Chic Fil A experience I've ever had and I've been to dozens across the state. First of all I want to be clear that the food itself was fine as were the staff, it's everything else that was terrible.
I've never been here before and I drive up and see that all three entrance lanes are labeled Drive Thru. We want to dine in, so I go to the next set of lanes where I see parking...but they're all Exit Only. So I missed the entrance right off the bat and the way the area is designed, no u turns are allowed anywhere and it took me over 10 minutes to get back. Oh and did I mention that one of my kids is now vomiting in the back from all of the car gymnastics I had to do to get back? I get into the drive thru lane and parking is a nightmare. There's like 4 slots and that's it. So we manage to park and get inside and the inside is tiny, which I'm now understanding why there's no parking spots. We get our food and eat and then attempt to leave. And I do mean attempt because the only place to park backs right up to the drive thru line that stretches indefinitely basically because this is Chic Fil A. So we're stuck for a considerable amount of time until I can manage to backup through THREE lanes of drive thru, slightly knocking over a sign, and then have to sit in the Doordash lane until all of those meals can be delivered. So 15 minutes later, we finally exit the parking lot.
They simply shouldn't have indoor seating here since it traps you and there's so little space. This one the most stressful experience I've ever had getting fast food. I'm honestly leaving this review so it shows up if I ever try and come back here again so I...
Read moreReview for 06/30/2022 visit: I pre-ordered my meals using the Chick-fil-A mobile app but using Paypal as a payment option. Unfortunately, somehow the app didn't recognize my payment and did not give me a QR code but on PayPal's end the transaction was accepted and I got a payment receipt. I show up to the express drive thru mobile app line and told one male employee that I didn't get a QR code in the app and he tried to help me with this issue on his tablet but he couldn't figure it out. He passed my issue to another female employee and she couldn't find the solution either. That employee calls up her supervisor and guess what, she found my order. Somehow Chick-fil-A sent me an email receipt but the order# was incorrect on it and the supervisor saw the "check order status" picture link in the Chick-fil-A confirmation email and it popped up my order with a different order# (correct order#). These employees went above and beyond, worked as a team to get my order and never gave up. I wish I remembered to catch their names but I didn't. I appreciate everything they did to get my order to me. Give these employees a raise please because...
