We had an absolutely amazing experience celebrating my niece Jayden’s 7th birthday at Chuck E. Cheese in Redwood City! 🎉 We booked the Mega Fun Package and brought along her two younger sisters, Aliyah (6) and Kami (3), and it was the perfect place for all three of them to have a blast.

🌟 Outstanding Service – Nicky Was the Best! From start to finish, Nicky was an absolute rockstar as our party host! He made sure everything was seamless and stress-free—from setting up our party table to keeping the energy high throughout the celebration. He checked in on us often, made sure the kids got their pizza and cake on time, and ensured Jayden felt like the birthday VIP. His enthusiasm and kindness really made our experience extra special! 🎂🎈

🎮 Games, Prizes & Non-Stop Fun! One of the best things about Chuck E. Cheese is that there’s something for every age! The arcade games were a HUGE hit—the kids ran from game to game collecting tickets and winning prizes, and the variety of games made sure no one got bored. Even the adults found themselves jumping in on the fun! 😆

The play area was a perfect break from the games, and it was great to see the kids get their energy out. Plus, the prize selection at the end was way better than expected—the girls were thrilled to pick out their rewards with their hard-earned tickets!

🍕 Surprisingly Good Pizza & Food Options Let’s be honest—most people don’t go to a kid’s arcade for the food, but wow… the pizza here was actually really good! 🍕 It was fresh, hot, and had that perfect crispy-yet-cheesy bite. The Mega Fun Package included food and drinks, which was super convenient. They even had vegan options and a salad bar for those looking for healthier choices.

🎭 The Birthday Show & Chuck E. Cheese Magic A huge highlight was the birthday show! The kids got SO excited when Chuck E. Cheese himself came out to celebrate, dance, and take pictures. Seeing Jayden’s face light up as everyone sang to her was priceless. The energy in the room was contagious, and every kid there felt like they were part of something fun and special.

🏆 Why You Should Book a Party Here If you’re looking for a stress-free, fun-filled, and memorable way to celebrate a child’s birthday, this is it! 🎊 Here’s why: ✔ Easy booking & well-organized parties ✔ Friendly and attentive staff (ask for Nicky!) ✔ Non-stop entertainment with games & play zones ✔ Delicious pizza & food options for everyone ✔ A safe, clean, and family-friendly environment ✔ A magical birthday experience with Chuck E. Cheese himself!

We HIGHLY recommend Chuck E. Cheese in Redwood City for your next birthday party or family fun day! 🎈💛 Huge thanks to Nicky and the team for making Jayden’s big day so special—we will...

Brought my 3-year-old son to this chuck E. Cheese., he wanted to play on the new trampoline That I paid 10 extra dollars when he couldn't even jump because it was locked up.When I asked for someone to Unlock it. They proceeded to give me attitude and tell me that they were short staff. So why did I just pay $10 for something? My son cannot have access to.he said that he was gonna send someone over ok 10 mins later that person that came over he was very Hostile looked very angry and was being Extremely rude to my kid. It made him uncomfortable.,also sitting on his phone with Earbuds in he also told my kid to open the door him self the look on his face and was scaring my kid.my son My child Kept coming in and out for water. And they kept locking it every time which made no sense why are these companies hiring Unprofessional people in a kid friendly place this is very unacceptable. So I went over to the manager and Explain the situation again he said he would send someone else over. And when they did when my child went to go in and play The girl closed the gate in my son's face and TOLD A 3 YEAR OLD YOU DIDN'T PAY. This system that they had was not good at all. It's crazy to me because it kept saying, how short stuff they were, but there were 4 people sitting around talking behind the register and we're mocking me. I'm extremely disappointed. I will never be back to this...

Okay. Not sure what I expected of a Chuck E Cheese but at least you would expect the arcade games to produce tickets. If the game is about winning tickets (which is about half of the machines), and none of them actually give you tickets, is it then just a rip off? Like certain games have literally zero value of entertainment if they don't produce tickets.

Also, compared to a year ago, each game absolutely has less lives, harder difficulty, or fewer attempts. I guess they're really trying to eek out every penny from you.

The food was decent. But my god the sanitary conditions of the bathroom and table / chairs start to make you question whether this is a place where as a parent you want your kid to run around.

Choose your path. Go premium or go for...

Another birthday party! When you have an elementary school-aged son (or daughter), you end up going to a lot of birthday parties—at so many different places. Weeks with many birthday parties usually mean eating a lot of pizza, haha. Chuck E. Cheese is a classic spot for birthday parties. Games, pizza, and prizes—what could be better? However, places like Dave & Buster’s are becoming more popular these days. Anyway, it was a fun day with games, catching up with people I hadn’t seen in a while, and surprisingly good pizza! It was an enjoyable birthday party!

One of the best place for kids. Specially in rainy season when they don't have much outdoor activities. This outlet have many options for different age groups. They have designed it nicely so kids can have both physical and mental activity. They organise Birthday parties for kids, options are limited for food but kids loves to eat and play at the same time. Kids love to play with Chuck, Chuck usually Shake hand, dance and give free tickets to them.
