I visited the Metro store today and wanted to share what I witnessed. Nya was working very hard, helping four people at once, and she was kind, patient, and professional with everyone. While she was doing her best, it seemed like the manager came in and started picking at her about a mop that the manager had actually left out earlier that I heard her say she left out herself l. Even though Nya was already handling multiple customers, the manager’s attitude came across as rude and unnecessary.
Nya stayed calm and respectful through it all, but I could tell it really affected her. She ended up leaving in tears after being told to go home, and it honestly broke my heart to see. Read moreLousy service lucky I live down the street and needed a quick phone. Guy who sold me the phone was a terrible representative he didn’t seem happy to work there. The security guard was better at customer service than him. Next time I go in to talk I’ll make sure to update the reps name wasn’t on my receipt and I didn’t care to know. Went in asked a couple questions dude seemed bothered from the jump with his work colleagues low key had attitude the hole time I bought a phone I already knew I wanted and walked out rep made a google acct on it didn’t even ask if I had one or give me a password. I recommend going here only because it’s a corporate store. Seemed like other employees were nicer. Will definitely go to other reps in the future.
