The female manager with all the tattoos is the rudest I have ever encountered!! This store could probably double its sales if they would fire her!! The owner needs to send someone into their store incognito and find this out themselves! No where was it posted or written what their return policy is...(no refunds)...was i supposed to read her mind...or maybe it was tattooed somewhere on her and I failed to see it! When I asked how was I supposed to know what the policy is and she pointed to the side of the register...there was no sign...so she said "oops, guess someone moved it" " oh well I am the manager and thats the policy"! Really??? Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere until they revamp...

Felt very uncomfortable my entire time in the store as the older male worker got upset with me at not asking him for help and made very passive aggressive comments about him being ignored. This happened after he called us (me and my mom both female) rude for not acknowledging him when we walked in the store… he didn’t say anything until way after we passed him so I didn’t know he was talking to us. Terrible place. Manager and staff are rude. Henna Tatoos are black henna, give you an allergic reaction and dangerous. Will accuse you of not knowing what your talking about and being to white thats why it looks black. Henna will not come off even after toothpaste and oil and scrubbing.
