I teach cooking classes and always look for interesting courses to attend. So far, I have participated in chocolate tasting, chocolate-making, and even chocolate history classes, but I've never had an experience like this one. Phyllis is a true Master of Chocolate! This was by far the best class we have ever taken, and we created the best chocolates we've ever made. She is exceptional, and I am excited to sign up for my next class. Yes! We made these!

I just finished the advent calendar class and it was fabulous! The instructor/owners are very patient, kind, and generous. I would highly recommend this as a wonderful event and the chocolates you get to make and take home are top-notch . They’re going to make a very nice holiday gift. We even went home with with extra chocolates. This was a true treat all around.
