South Fork Design — Local services in Rexburg

We worked with Kalvin and Will on our house design and enjoyed the process. I've heard from others how designing a house can be a hard process, but that was not my experience. Here's some highlights for me. They were good at making suggestions and helping me and my wife talk through decisions. They we good at entertaining and showing us what our thoughts looked like in the design. It was so great to see the designs in the computer program. We could see 3D renderings of what the inside looked like. They are responsive. Once we had our initial meeting, we had a design e-mailed to us in a few days and then we were able to finalize the plans and have them engineered in a short period. They took our kids through a "walk through" of the design and were so kind to them. Building a house can be tough on kids with all of the transitions.

After doing extensive research on architectural service providers and meeting with a few, we are glad we selected South Fork Design Group. We had the pleasure of working with Sean Walker for the past few months in designing our modern mountain home. Will Sharp at South Fork Design was recommended by our contractor for our house plans, and we were extremely pleased. Will was very patient in determining what we wanted, providing input/making suggestions, creating the design, making changes we requested, etc. Our final plans are outstanding, building is in process, and we cannot wait to see the final result. Additionally, the total cost for the architectural design and engineering specs was very reasonable, and less than we anticipated.
