If I could rate a negative 0 I definitely would. Worst experience I've ever been through in my entire life. I'm so frustrated I don't even know where to start. I came to this location June 1st to get my AC charged up and that cost me $180.00. Long story short, a month later my AC began blowing fan air and then it went out. I contacted them and spoke with Charles and he set me an appointment to come in that Tuesday, July 24th. I arrived and waited a few hours just for them to tell me I needed a compressor(Something they should've told me when I came in the last time). I ask the representative what was the price of it and he stated it would be 8 something and I said ok. I called a friend of mine that referred me to NTB and I explained to him that I needed a compressor and he stated that a compressor is too expensive and I need to go somewhere else to get a second opinion. I got confused about the price because I thought it was reasonable so I ask the representative again about the price and he stated it would be $800. I told him to disregard it because they're too expensive and I couldn't afford to pay $800. He informed me that the mechanic begun working on my truck and tried offering me other options to pay and I refused. The representative went to the back to get Charles and I explained to Charles the exact same thing that I said to the other guy and he was totally fine with my decision. I left to go about the rest of my day and soon as I approached the expressway, my hood flipped up hard while driving and it cracked my windshield. I panicked because it was a semi-truck behind me and I had to hurry to merge over and cut my hazards on. I got out to examine my truck, I tried closing the hood but it was dented badly and it couldn't close back. I immediately call NTB and spoke with Charles about the situation and he told me to bring my truck back to the shop. I had to use my hazards on the expressway, which was risky and drive at 30 mph so my hood wouldn't rise up. I arrived back to the shop for them to take a look at it and Charles informed me that he had to make a few calls. About 10 mins later, he apologized to me about the incident and said they will repair the damages. I asked how long will it take and he said maybe 2 weeks because I needed another hood because it was damaged. I didn't have a way home and needed a way to get to and from work. He told me he would drop me off and he'll speak with his manager about getting me a rental car & they'll contact me. The next day I spoke with Charles and he stated that NTB insurance company "SEDGWICK CLAIM" would be contacting me about the rental. They called right after and set arrangements for me to pick the rental up that Friday, July 27th with Enterprise. On July 26th, I received a call from Sedgwick Claim representative asking me about the incident and what occurred that day and I explained what happened then she told me they have to do some investigation and they'll get back in contact with me. The next day, I headed to Enterprise to pick up the rental and the representative stated that I had to put down a $50 deposit wit my debit card. The card that I used they wouldn't accept it because they considered it as a prepaid card. I contacted Sedgwick Claim and I didn't get a response, I called NTB and spoke with the manager Reggie to explain the situation and he said that it's nothing he can do and that Sedgwick was there rolling the cameras back and it showed that the guy did close my hood back. I told him apparently it didn't latch because otherwise my hood wouldn't have rise up. Long story short, I had to email Enterprise CEO and they didn't give me the rental car until Monday, July 30th. Two weeks rolled past and I haven't heard anything from Sedgwick. I tried calling them several time and couldn't get response. I decided to go back to NTB on August 10th , I seen that my truck was still parked and I noticed they still haven't worked on it. I spoke with the manager Reggie and I asked him what was the update with my truck and that I've been trying to reach...
Read moreI originally praised this place earlier this week, but now I'm editing my review. I've been here every day since Monday as I had a slow leak and purchased two tires back in January 2024. During that time, when I first visited, I sat for 1-1/2 hours as they were pretty busy. When one of the technicians came to inform that they had been looking for my keys the whole time, I informed them that I had the keys.
Three of their employees were looking for my keys; even called a few customers that had left already to see if my keys were left in their vehicles. When that was shared with me, I told them to "never be afraid to ask the customer if we have our keys" that was a whole hour waisted. Anyway, I received two front new tires and a wheel alignment, so I thought!
Fast forward 80+days later... I came in on Monday, April 1st as I have a slow leak, had to get air twice since Friday before. I was told it was a two hour wait as it was still early morning I left went to work and came back after work, that evening. The leak was plugged, gave them a good review (which I've now changed) and had to come back Tuesday because my tire light came on again.
I came back Wednesday shared what happened and they couldn't find that I purchased two tires earlier this year, but that Corporate was closed and would search their records for confirmation; I received more air, was told that I have three (3) 2023 tires and one 2018 tire, which was the front passenger side where they found the nail and one of the tires I purchased from them! I planned to go back Thursday as the hours are late night until 7p.
Before going after work on Thursday, I called first as I didn't want to wait around to see if I would be receiving my new tire. It was mentioned during my Tuesday visit that the previous manager who were there during my January visit allegedly allowed shady stuff going on. I mentioned that because if that's the case, perhaps my receipt was rung up incorrectly, (my fault) , it will never happen again. I always put anything related to my car in the glove compartment. Sure enough the receipt was there but it didn't mention my two tires only the wheel alignment. (note to all, read your receipts before you leave any store).
Went back on Friday after work to be told that Corporate was closed to come back Saturday. Well, today thinking I'm going to finally get my free tire and was told they didn't carry that brand and it wasn't their tire.
I am so frustrated Y'all, because I can clearly remember when I got those tires I told my brother as he is a licensed diesel and auto mechanic what happened and his response was "why in the hell they put two new tires on in the front, they should've put them on in the back or at least rotated them!"
Now I'm here and they won't give me a new tire unless I pay for it with $10.00 off.. Nah, I'm good.. You will no longer receive my service and/or money ever again, you just lost one...
Folks going forward take pics of your old tires before you get them replaced with allegedly new ones unless you're watching the...
Read moreWhatever you do, donât go here!!! I went in to get work done and my car drives horrible. I paid over 2,400 to get 4 new tires, 4 rotors, 4 calipers, wheel alignment, balance and brakes. I wanted to get all this done before the winter. One thing they do well, it math, theyâll add up everything they say your car needs, but Iâm convinced they donât even do it all. Donât leave your car up there, you need to verify that theyâre even doing what you paid for. My truck shakes when it goes over 60mph, pulls to the left and sound rattled while driving. Keep in mind, it didnât do any of this prior. The guys up are not good with communication with one another. Theyâll have 4 people working on your car and each one says âWell I just handled this or that, you have to speak with so and so about thatââ the complete run around. When I came to pick up my vehicle, one tire only had 3 tight lug nuts, 1 was missing and the other I was able to take off with my hand. Guess what the response was? Oh, your lug nuts were bad. That was a lie! The guys in there are young and very inexperienced, they donât really have knowledge of anything beyond changing a tire. My honest opinion is that this place should be shut down. My truck drove better before they touched it. I will never step foot in this place again. They want to offer me money off an oil change, please. I regret ever stepping foot into this poor working environment. Just pathetic service. I canât even believe theyâre positive comments, they must be family! I learned a lesson that cost...
