Okay. This has been quite the experience. I ordered a jacket for an incredibly sensitive, delicate experience. When my package arrived, it was a pair of pants, including all of the intended recipient’s personal information, by the way. I received the package on the Thursday before Easter. I reached out immediately. Instead of their voicemail saying they would be out of the office/store for the holiday weekend thru Monday; it seemed I was just being ignored. By the time Lia got back to me, it was the week of my obligation for which I needed the jacket. She promised to send out the jacket overnight. She also emailed me a label to put on the wrongly received package for it to be mailed directly to the recipient it should have gone to. I got a UPS tracking number for my own package, but the package never moved. The day before the ceremony, i realized I wasn’t getting my jacket. I have emailed and called many times since, with no response or follow up. This store was recommended by friends of mine that drive into the city regularly and love this place. No more.
