I went into Brick and Mortar with my boyfriend on Sunday, March 24th in the afternoon to look for a gift for his father's birthday and had the typical "employees follow around the black people to make sure they aren't stealing" experience. One of the employee was right on my heels at all times "adjusting" random things in the store within a couple of feet from me or my boyfriend. I even moved around in a random pattern to make sure. I was both humiliated and uncomfortable so I loudly told my boyfriend "I feel like we're being watched which is kind of ruining the experience for me" and the heel trailing employee finally walked away. We left shortly afterward.

Everything is ///extremely/// overpriced, from candles that normally cost $10-15 being sold for $25 to the tote bags with fun phrases printed on them being sold for $20. The woman working the register was very nice & friendly. Bought some hot sauce. They will wrap items up with craft tissue paper for you so it makes a nice gift and does not get damaged in transit.
