Do not purchase anything from this company. I spent quite some time trying to find a company who would make a piece of jewelry with my children’s silhouettes on it and thought I had finally landed on the perfect locket. The entire process after I placed my order was awful. They changed the original silhouettes I sent pictures of initially when placing the order so my proof was wrong. They then talked me into upgrading to a larger locket to accommodate for the eyelashes they took off of the original silhouettes. I paid an additional fee for the larger locket, and got another proof with the most absurd eyelashes on my children I have ever seen. They were comically large, and looked like wings. So once again there was even more back and forth about my order. They should have told me that yes I could upgrade to the larger locket to add lashes BUT the silhouettes would still will not look like the originals I sent them. And what is the point in sending in a photo or silhouettes to them if they’re going to disregard them entirely?? Once again I brought this to their attention and asked to cancel my order entirely but was told no and that suddenly they could magically make the silhouettes how they should have been from the start - identical to the original ones I sent them. I approved the proof and waited weeks for it to come in. I was so excited and opened it as soon as it was delivered and it was DAMAGED. Scratched to oblivion. I have never in my life seen something so awful. And chintzy. This necklace looks like I got it from a quarter machine, certainly not something I spent over a few hundred dollars on. I am so disappointed and expresssed this to their team and sent photos immediately of the damage and they refuse to do anything but “have me send it back to be polished”. This company is a joke and a scam and I’m truly embarrassed I purchased anything from them. I am even too embarrassed to be seen wearing something like what I received from them.

*edited to say there has been no real attempt made to make this right. Offering to polish this is a joke. It’s cheap and extremely scratched. I can’t believe the person who packaged this thought it was acceptable to send this way. There is no way this review was a “shock” as I have emailed more than once about my disappointing experience and emailed yet again once the damaged product arrived.
