Unfortunately, I was followed around this location today. The location is a small space so one could imagine how uncomfortable I felt. I even engaged with the gentleman so it could stop. It did not.

Probably the worse part was when I was at the register, while the very nice woman was ringing me up, I speedily stepped away to look at the herbs while her system tallied up my purchases as to not hold her up and that gentleman moved faster than I to intercept me and meet from the opposite side of the display.

It's terrible. The woman was very nice. I told her he followed me she said "he's just being helpful" which was a lie because I saw her gesture to him to monitor me when she thought my back was to them. But I just couldn't make her feel that uncomfortable. Even though this courtesy was one sided. Nor could I be so combative. So I simply said

"Tell him, I spent hundreds of dollars here. He doesn't need to do that"

About $400 the past 3 weeks instore and curbside not including readings which I told her about so she knows she sent that man to follow a regular. I only shop online if neither location has what I need.

It's a Shame in such a open minded environment instead of using his own mind and telling her that I'm a regular customer that he sees and assists regularly he decided to take on such a disgusting task mindlessly and in such a I'm watching you fashion. It was like he was my shadow. I have seen them both there plenty and this has never happened before. I felt unwelcomed.

Purpose of review is for learning purpose and not bashing. Let's do a better job at reading a persons energy of all places the crystal shop.

I hate to even say this but it's always a disgusting feeling to get followed around a store by someone who makes less than half of...

My experience today was nothing short of disappointing, distasteful and disrespectful. I came in today with my mother in law whom was seeking a crystal for peace, and a candle with stress reliving properties. I notified the short woman with the brown hair and glasses what we were interested in. She asks me what is my learning style and would I like to purchase a book or attend a class to learn more... I inform her that im definitely interested in the class however I am here now and would like to know what she would recommend. She names three stones and 3 candles doesn’t proceed to give any information other than the names of them or where they are located in the store. So i ask can you show me where they are located she walks me over and simply points. No conversation, no information, no interest in helping she quickly walks away after point them out. So we finally decided on crystals, and of couse they didn’t have a metal wire in stock so that it could be worn as a necklace. So we check out, and proceed to our vehicle. Literally as we are walking out a man with glasses comes out right behind us and begins to sprinkle this liquid mixture on the ground from where my car is parked all the way to the storefront. My in law asks, what is that sir and he says “it keeps all the bad energy and spirits away from the store and stops them from entering or returning” what a coincidence right? i felt watched the entire time, i watched others receive customer service but did not receive any at all. Perhaps it is intentional for this place to me crammed to the brim with items as if to look like a A was it may step out from the back Room followed by a dragon any moment. However, sometimes dish may be a bit much sense there is always a lot of traffic here and therefore always a risk of knocking some item over. This place is in a new location and I am mad sure it provides any more Room then the former location in carrytown. There seems to always be a lot of staff which could be a good thing at times but mostly I feel like the staff blend into the customers which gives the feel of extraneous people who are bustling about and I am not sure exactly who is doing what and for what reason other than just being in the way. I really hope that this place begins to acquire more resources that reflects the growing number of minorities who practice and sessional worship or what is view as pagan ritual In accordance to their own customs. I think also that while this place has a large large variety of rocks stones and crystals it is necessary to label the names and uses of these items. Currently, one must be lucky to have an employee on site who is knowledgeable in that area of energy work. Sometimes that is not the case. Then what would be the point of purchasing a rock common crystal, or stone? Other than the things this was a very good store but it is also 1 of the few if not the only...
