Very disappointing I had bought a washer and dryer Whirlpool in the washer broke down within a week and it took them almost over a month to fix. Then I bought a refrigerator And that also broke down within a week. Called them up talk to the manager told them this to come and pick it up because I am not going to be missing around with them anymore poor customer service. They didn't even offer to swap it out to give me another refrigerator.UPDATE. Since they had picked up the refrigerator they have called me 4 times for a payment when I don't even have the refrigerator. They don't even know what their doing down there. Then the store manager had called me Mia Question me why I didn't want the refrigerator I told her because it was broken she told me that it was working fine when they brought it back to the shop. I told her how do I know thatI lost a lot of foodBecause the refrigerator was warm and I didn't want to deal with them anymore because of what they did with my washer poor customer service. Then she had the nerve to tell me that it would be a repossession on my credit I I asked her why would that be she said it was their policy I said I returned the refrigerator I no longer wanted it because it did not work she said it didn't matter we got a big Argument and told her out be calling the better business Bureau. They have messed our bill up repeatedly. We finally got them paid off. Our dryer broke (it wasn't getting hot) and it was under warranty. The took 3 weeks to fix it and we had to call to see if it was done it had been sitting in their store. We went and picked it up only to get home an hour away and find they didn't send the cord with so they send someone to hook it up and this guy had to call someone else to ask how to hook it up and didn't bring any tools with him. Finally after an hour he gets it hooked up and now our dryer won't even turn on. So they brought it back broken and not to mention that it's also scratched to hell!!!Our experience here has been horrible and the customer service people are beyond rude when you bring up a complaint. I would recommend any one looking for a TV/Computer/Electronics of any sorts to not look here.

They wanted $1300 for a Samsung 4k 50inch TV that I regularly buy for around $300-$400 at Best buy. Everything technology wise is significantly marked up in price in comparison to all other stores in the nearby area.

The furniture is decently priced and is okayish to good quality, but once again it is marked up in comparison to other options that are nearby.

I could not believe what I walked into today. Doesn't help that the employees are awkward (sales man walked up to me and had an extraordinary difficult time talking to me) and vulgar (extra loud profanity from two employees engaged in a conversation).
