Update it is Aug 3rd 2023!… I still have yet to get my refund from Mary in corp. Mike the Owner and Katie who manages the subway or get a call back on any updates. This is beyond ridiculous. Do not shop with this franchise as they own a few store in town! Any lawyer want to help with this case please reach out! I used the subway app April 3rd and my food was delievered all open and exposed i told the driver i wouldnt accept this. I reach out to subway app they tell me to reah out to doordash for my refund. Doordash says the store needs to refund my money theyve attempted multiple times toreahch the store no answers! They ive been calling everyday to this store for a week to get my refund nobody answer until today april 13 a Katie who is a manager finally answer just to give me another number to Mike Danielle the owner who never answers and voicemail box full. I called back the store and yet again it multiple calls no answer. Finally someone answered however they didn't say anything just put the phone down .I can hear the store door bell ring in the background as well as noise of people. This is ridiculous! Subway app and doordash app is trash this store is trash. This store needs be shut down poor service/ Katie clearly doesn't want to do her job and these owners clearly dont care shut this store down and give me my refund! Read moreI was in line behind an elder lady who was taking a whileto order. I have no issues with this but I do have an issue with the employee serving her. He did not respond nor ask questions to try and help the lady move through her order a little faster. He simply put what she said on the sub and looked at her with this disrespectful look upon his face. Now that I've got that out there on to my experience.
An employee by the name of Nick saw me standing in line and noticed the elderly lady and his co worker moving slow. He walked behind the counter washed his hands put his gloves on and with very positive attitude asked what I would like. I explained that he looked busy and I could wait it wasn't a problem. He showed appreciation for that but said he would be more than happy to help me first. The sub was good and well put together. Over all Nick is one of the most respectful employees I have had at a subway.
Needless to say Nick saved me time and displayed great customer service and I just wanted to write this to show how much I appreciate...
Read moreVery disappointed. Slow service took forever to get help from someone. The guy that was working didn’t even say a word to me. No hello thank you any anything. I had asked for spinach on my sandwich and he put maybe 4 pieces on it. When I asked for more he shooked his head no. I guess you can’t have that many veggies. Also when I checked out he didn’t tell me a total. I asked how much it was and he just pointed to the register which didn’t have a total. I asked again what the total was and he pointed again at the register. You could at least. Tell me what I owe if you can’t say anything else. On top of it the restaurant was dirty.
