Second trip in, this time with my new laptop and old laptop. Best Buy promised a data transfer at time of purchase and completely 'failed.' As usual, Rachel to the rescue! Completed the data transfer and conveniently labeled the new files for ease of access and identification. On my old computer she identified the failure of a Wifi card as the reason for loss of connectivity. Instead of maing the more costly replacement of the card on what is now just a backup machine, Rachel suggested a $15.00 fix, telling me to go out and purchase a simple plug in Wifi adapter. She also pointed out that the Wifi card most likely failed as part of an overheating issue in that section of the computer and would likely fail again for the same reason - a design problem she had identified during my first trip in with the old computer. Dropped off Monday. Picked up Wednesday. Full explanation of all problems identified and all work performed. Reasonable charge. Service with a smile too. Hey, its is Rachel....

I Work from Home, and Windows did an over night Update that completely shut my computer down conflicting all sorts of drivers on my custom built computer... It was the Friday before Labor Day and I was in a HUGE BIND! There was Zero chance i was dismantling my computer and taking it anywhere... I called and Spoke to Tony the Owner Friday Afternoon and he was able to get Eric one of his Technicians out to my house same day and they completely got me back up and running in about an hour.. The Service was Great! I have had no Problems since and I would Highly recommend T-Tech Solutions to any Business or Family needing help... ...

I was having an issue with my custom built PC and was looking for a place to go for a diagnostic and came across T-Tech solutions. I gave them a call to see if I needed an appointment and Chris answered the phone told me to come on by the same day to drop off my PC. I explained my situation and he got to work. I got a phone call about 2 hours later with a resolution and Chris explained what he tested and told me what caused the problem and how I could fix it. Overall a very good experience.
