DO NOT GO THROUGH VERIZON. MY PHONE NEVER WORKED DESPITE BEING CHARGED A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR ONE LINE! I CONSTANTLY RECIEVED 90% OF TEXT MESSAGES 24 HOURS AFTER PEOPLE SEND IT, OR NOT GETTING TEXTS AT ALL. MY PHONE NEVER WORKED AND NEVER HAD SERVICE DESPITE IT WAS BRAND NEW! THEY RACK UP PRICES WITH NO EXPLANATION OR NOTICE AS TO WHY!! I USED VERIZON FOR 4 YEARS AND THEY NEVER LOWERED MY BILL UNTIL I MENTIONED SWITCHING CARRIERS. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM, NO WONDER 90% OF THEIR CUSTOMERS (LIKE MYSELF) IS SWITCHING TO T MOBILE. I SWITCHED TO T MOBILE AND MY BILL IS ALMOST 80 DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN VERIZON AND MY PHONE WORKS!! GREAT SERVICE, CHEAP, AND I GET WAY MORE STREAMING SERVICES FOR FREE WITH T MOBILE !! DO NOT GO HERE! This is to help his attach rate for commissions. When you politely decline he rants about how Verizon will close the store and you should order online and pick up else where.

I highly recommend going to this Verizon over others simply because of the quality of Jeff’s customer service. My phone was pretty much inoperable and Jeff made it work so I left with the newest phone for only 30$ today, When I told him money today was an issue. Definitely felt like a valued customer.
