Burger King — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Burger King at one time was my all-time favorite restaurant. I went to this location around 8pm on or about 10 September 2024. I went through a drive-thru, where I waited a few minutes before someone took my order. I placed the order and went around to the window. I waited for a few minutes at the window, where no one was visible. I figured i had gotten the wrong window and decided to go inside to get my order. The door was locked even tho the dining room sign says it closes at 9. I was met by an employee, where I explained my situation, and yet he still told me to go around back through the drive through where there was already a 5 car line. I got back up to the order point and explained. I asked for fresh food and the sense I figured it would be cold by now. The rep said It's not cold, and I got up to the window where I received cold food. Absolutely terrible service. How long can it possibly take to...

Fresh food was a plus but zero hospitality of the Drive-thru employee. Who never greeted me or attempted to upscale or let me know of any specials. It went like this, "say your order when you are ready." What! Gave her my order. She didn't repeat it just said, if you are done your total is 9.34 drive to them second window." Once it second window was the next person eating her chicken tenders, handling money and never heard, "hello how are you not did she upscale. She did hurry to tell me your food will be fresh pull ahead to them next window and closed the order door. Okay thank you pull ahead to wait approximately 2-minutes (that was fine because I am getting fresh food). Younger employee who had head set approached open window o lowered mine. All this special one said to me was, "here is your order thank you!" Reason why I do by ear out much and esoecialy at this place. Fresh food on point...

Me and my mom went through the drive through at a time when it was not even busy and when our order was taken we were asked to repeat our order several times. When we got to the window we asked for our order to be repeated back and they still did not get everything we had ordered. Service was fast but when we received our food not only did they miss an Item but after we had left the restaurant and were halfway home I decided to open my spicy chicken fries and they looked so bad that I wanted to throw up.
