My recent visit to Nekter Juice Bar left me feeling more frustrated than refreshed. What should have been a quick and healthy pick-me-up turned into a customer service nightmare. I ordered a specific açaà bowl, looking forward to the delicious and nutritious blend. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was completely wrong. The toppings were all off, missing some key ingredients I was craving.
Disappointed but hopeful, I politely informed the employee about the mistake. Instead of a quick apology and a fix, I was met with a complete lack of customer service. The most shocking part? They refused to remake the correct aƧaĆ bowl without charging me again.Essentially, I was expected to pay twice for their mistake! This whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth, and it wasn't from the aƧaĆ (which I never got to enjoy). It's simply unacceptable that such a basic customer service principle ā correcting their error ā was completely DISREGARDED!!!
If you're looking for a place that values customer satisfaction, Nekter Juice Bar might not be the best choice. My recommendation? Head elsewhere for your healthy açaà bowl fix. There are plenty of other great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been going to this NJB for a while, but the customer service here is beyond pathetic. Today, I came to purchase smoothie. I tipped them 18%, but they made a bowl instead. I requested a refund or my smoothie. The two women reacted very rudely by yelling at me. I am a repeated customer and have never been subjected to this kind of behaviour. For the sake of the business, I urge you take an immediate action. $17 for a smoothie and being disrespectful is just not a smart business decision.
One of the two women said āI donāt want you to see you againā. After heated argument, they made small size PJ&B smoothie that tasted like garbage, but again refused to give me a change since I ordered medium size? My experience at this shop is just like a mafia style criminality. How can you take my money without giving the...
Read moreI love the flavor of their açaà bowls but i have two complaints. 1) my bowl is often only 3/4 full, makes you regret spending $11-12 for something you could've made at home. 2) i don't like peanut butter and have asked to replace it with almond butter the last two times. the employees happily do that but they upcharge $2. i have asked if they're removing and adding another ingredient, can they remove the upcharge- they say the computer won't let them. on top of that, the almond butter they add is barely a spoon's worth. so overall I pay $14 and don't get enough quantity for the money. i would love to give them more business and come weekly but it's just too much money and...
