Needed 2 prescriptions filled for my sick child, this was the second 24 hour CVS I went to after 1030 on a Saturday night. First one was out of both meds, this one on Ridge Rd looked at both and said it would be 4 hours before they were ready, I said that was fine. He said would you just rather come tomorrow? I explained my child was very ill and needed them so I would wait 4 hours. He then said they were completely out of both meds. I asked him if he could look up the nearest 24 hour CVS that had them and he said no, he was the only one working and couldn't help me! I went inside and spoke to the man up front asking him to look up which CVS had the meds in stock. He said I could Google it or try walgreens! I explained I had been to 2 of their stores and he said there was no way to help other then Google. So far tonight I've drove for hours to 4 different CVS (I'm currently in line at Wylie) to try and figure this out. This is insane. Hire some people that actually care and can help.    Read moreThis specific Rockwall CVS never has enough staffing. I was 3rd in line and it took over 20 minutes to get to the counter. One staff member was waiting on both the drive-up and in-store lines. Two pharmacists were laughing and talking which was visible to the customers in line which was 8 to 10 people deep and did not even try to help. There was also one person back there but never saw her move from a computer in the 30 minutes I was in line. When people in line became openly upset about the length of time it was taking, the main pharmacist ignored it and even told one woman that she could transfer her prescription to Walgreens. I have been to this CVS routinely and this is always the case. It takes forever to get through the line both drive-through and in-store. The night pharmacist never helps and seems like he hates his job, and I have seen him be openly rude to customers. If I didn't have Aetna insurance, I would never go to...
   Read moreThis rating is about the Rockwall CVS location on Horizon road. There's an African tall guy that has attended me on the drive-thru window and has very poor mannerism and customer service. He doesn't greet and when you greet him he doesn't respond and jumps straight to name and DOB. You can tell that he just wants to get done with you, and when I'm done I would say have a good day, he does not even respond. He always has a flat affect, he doesn't smile. I hate going to this CVS bcz I know I may see him but it's the closest to me and my insurance is only contracted with CVS which sucks. . No one else had this strange attitude at this location.
