Ok, on January 20, I visited the store to purchase a pair of shoes for my son. I know the Jordan 3s run small, so I asked Bryce if he could bring me back a 2 and a 2 and a half. He walked to the back, then came back empty-handed, and tried to walk past me. I asked where the shoes were. He said that my son couldn't try them on and that I had to buy them and bring them back if they didn't fit, so I asked if he could try on a shoe similar to be safe. He simply ignored me. I've been buying Jordans my whole life, and I never heard of the policy, so I asked the manager to show me the policy. He went looking with hopes that I would leave after I purchased the shoe, but I didn't. 15 minutes later, Brandon, the manager, came back saying he couldn't find the policy. Lol, what a joke. I think I was racially profiled, and then after I bought the shoe, it turned out my son couldn't find them, so I returned them 5 minutes later, and they tried to give me a hard time. Saying Sales is final; that's something that should be said while purchasing. Everybody treated me rudely; even the people in the back will walk past you like you're invisible. Read moreSo dick's stores in general are usually pretty good overpriced but good selection USUALLY. However avoid this one like the plague. I was looking at a new driver and one associate told me that me and my friend could try out the demos in the virtual driving range to see which ones we liked, and just to let him know if we had any questions. After 1 shot another employee walked and began being very rude and talking down to me and my friend saying people arnt allowed to just "play" with their machines. And that people who don't know what to do break the demo clubs. Cause apparently I don't look like a typical golfer. I tried to tell him I am looking for a replacemnet driver and we already spoke to another employee who told us to try out the demos. And he abruptly interrupted me again and said that "it isn't for people to play on cause that's how the clubs get broken". Needless to say I left immediately after this happened and will never visit this establishment again. I have never been so angry at a sales rep before or talked down to so badly in my life. So if you don't mind being spoken to like a child and berated by an angry little salesman this...

I saw a gentleman that was working, and I asked him could he point me in the right direction and showed him my used old worn out compression sleeve. So he did I also asked him to point me in the right direction of the bathroom and he did. So I went in took care of relieving myself, then went to where (KEN) told me what area. When he came over to assist me in help in every way possible to reassure me that I got what I was looking for. But he kept getting interrupted by other staff, even when he told them sreval times that he was with a customer helping them. He stayed calm in patient with me through all that, I even told him he could leave in help that customer, but he said no because I wasn't done with figuring out the correct compression elbow sleeve and he wanted to make sure I got the help I deserve. Can't say enough about (KEN) he was completely awesome, great way to go (KEN). That's customer service, I am in the customer service industry and we don't have enough of (KEN'S) around he is a keeper in my book. Thank you,...
