Rockwall Donuts — Restaurant in Rockwall

This is our family’s favorite donut stop! It’s not even the closest to our home, but it’s worth the few extra minutes to come here. Why? Because it’s awesome.

Of all the donut shops in Rockwall, it’s the only one we’ve been to that has “baby cinnamon rolls” which are basically giant donut holes stuffed with cinnamon. So yummy and a family fave. If you catch them fresh...heaven!

They have all the classics too: glazed, chocolate, dot and dash sprinkles, twists, all kinds of cake donuts. It’s always fresh as they bake all morning. So we often catch them when we can get still-warm-from-the-oven donuts.

They have a variety of kolaches/sausage rolls that never disappoint.

They have a descent drink selection over yo the left and standard brewed coffee to the right. They have a few tables at the front for those that want to stay.

If you go in the morning, there will likely be a line but they usually have 2-3 sales associates, Sony moves fast.

If you visit late (like within an hour of closing) you may even get some freebies as they don’t keep anything over night. My daughters have gotten some extra special treats when we’ve done this.

The women working are always so sweet to us, and even recognize us when we come in or ask about our daughters if their not with us. Clearly, we come here too often. Lol

The ONLY downside is they don’t offer the letter donuts for birthdays and such. There’s only one in town that does this as far as I know (donut station #4). But, for everyday donuts, this is definitely...

I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time, and I’ve always appreciated the convenience and the donuts. However, during my recent visit, I noticed something that made me reconsider coming back. While I was placing my order, several people walked in and the staff seemed overwhelmed so she called for help. A woman came out of the restroom wearing gloves, and I assumed she would change them before handling food—but she didn’t. She immediately began serving the next customer using the same gloves. if you want the bestest ,..softest ,..most buttery croissant..covered in melty cheese,..egg,...and a slice of sweet ham,...get there early,...grab an orange juice,...or a cup of coffee,...this place makes other breakfast places look,...well,...sad in comparison. Always a friendly smile and fast service. Google needs to add a few stars to their lineup,....because this place is an easy 7! Number one in Rockwall for a breakfast tastebud delight!
