MK's Wine & Spirits — Local services in Rocky Hill

I purchased 4 bottles of alcohol from this business. Two bottles of Soju, one bottle of passionfruit liquor and a tiny bottle of Bailey's. Initially I had grabbed a bottle of passionfruit parrot bay. I changed my mind and set it down somewhere else. I'll admit i should have put it back.

Upon reaching the counter and checking out I was embarrassed by a cashier named Sam who reluctantly gave me his name. He made me walk around with him until I found the bottle. I said I never stole anything in my life. He said just trying to put it back. He did this loudly in front of other customers.

I'm never buying from them again He was super rude and I urge you to go spend your money elsewhere.

I tried to call the manager today ( I don't do these things ) and the same cashier said he could help me. He also refused to give me the managers name or even tell me when they would be in. He said he doesn't know anything about the person he works...

I use to go a fair amount during the summer. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with a man who said he was the manager. I had called about a specific beer and was told it was coming in. I went a day before and bought a different six pack and was treated well. When I called the next day to see if it came in. The manager very sternly told me "in order to buy this particular beer, I would have to place a big order..so much about customer service. He cut me off when I tried to talk to him, saying well I'm the manager...

My boyfriend & I went to MK faithfully for years when we lived in RH. Even now that we've moved away, we make it a point to stop by whenever we're in town. Sam is incredibly kind & helpful. He's ordered things just because I wanted to try them on more than 1 occasion. 10/10,...
