Best store around Rogers. The store is beautiful, clean and so easy to shop. The staff will always greet you when you walk in and they follow up in the dressing room when you need different sizes. They are really good keeping new product out so I always want to buy. I posted a YELP review but went in Saturday and they remembered me as soon as I walked in. So I wanted to post here. Went in about an hour and a half before close to find a pageant dress for my sister, since we live an hour away and couldn’t make it earlier. One of the staff members continuously approached the dressing rooms to remind us they were closing, and then the final time decided to add in that I was not allowed to be in the dressing room to help her try on the dresses. Horrible customer service! We live over an hour away and my sister had been trying to help find a bridesmaid dress for my daughter for my upcoming wedding. She thought that she found one that would work good for her but when she brought it home, the color looked off with the other dresses. It's barely been 3 weeks and they said they won't give her money back even with the receipt and will only do store credit but we have to do it by day 30.
