DO NOT WORK WITH ALEJANDRO!!! He made purchasing my new phone difficult and stressful. The iPhone I wanted was out of stock, which is fine, so we placed an order for the phone I wanted and gave me his number if I had questions. He told us my phone will be at my house in two days. I didn’t get any confirmation that my phone was ordered so when I didn’t receive it after the 3rd day, I got concerned it was stolen, or it wasn’t ordered to begin with. I texted Alejandro for an update with no response. I assumed he was busy…until I had to bring my family to the store to find him laying down on the couch in an empty store. He proceeded to laugh in my face when I asked for an update on my $800 phone, and sent me the tracking number he had for two days. I stayed checking my email, my texts, the app, for any updates. Knowing he had the tracking number and didn’t think to send it to me when I asked for an update was so frustrating, then to see him taking a nap at work was so unprofessional. Read moreI had an amazing experience with Zack at the Xfinity store! I originally went in looking to save some money, and he went above and beyond to help. Unlike my previous visit to another Xfinity store where I was given little to no assistance, Zack was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me with my phone, answered all of my questions about internet plans, and when I went to return my phone, Zack not only corrected a mistake made by the other store but also introduced me to a great promo I wasn’t aware of. He made sure I got the best deal, and I ended up purchasing a new phone with him. Zack was attentive and genuinely cared about helping me. His boss, Brian, was also on-site and supported everything Zack explained, which made me feel even more confident in their expertise. I went in to process a move, and purchase a new phone. Sasha helped me out during the entire process, and if you've ever purchased a new phone, or had to trade in an old iPhone, you know what a wonderful experience that can be. Apple has tons of security issues that make buying a new phone a chore.
However, I appreciate Sasha working through these issues, and doing it as fast as she can. I also appreciate her help in getting me the best deal that she possibly could. I seem to recall her and her manager saying something to the effect of "we like to try and get our existing customers the new deals, because we want to retain them".
Wow! That is awesome to hear, and it's also awesome to see it being practiced as well.
At the end of the day, I had a wonderful experience at the Xfinity store. I appreciate everybody's assistance, from Sasha who is my main point of contact, to the managers who had to deal with the security issues...
