The UPS Store — Local services in Rohnert Park

Tim, Celeste, and Kimberly are my go to shippers for my small online business. They are extremely knowledgable and efficient yet still manage to be personable even during "rush times" (noon and just before cut off). I have used many UPS stores in Northern CA and the service here is the best!

Recently when I needed to ship a very difficult to wrap item for an important business contact, Tim both wrapped it for me and showed me how to do so myself. One of the other employees told me that people come from miles around to have Tim wrap and ship for them and I can see why: the package was so securely and professionally wrapped that I received a thank you note from the receiving business, commenting on the amazing packaging!

I also appreciate their complete transparency in pricing and their efforts to keep costs down, unlike some UPS stores I have visited who charge ( a lot) for an extra piece of tape!

Doing business at this UPS in Rohnert Park feels like a partnership. If they don't have a long line of customers to accomodate, they are happy to discuss your needs and give you helpful tips for successful shipping. I wish every UPS store had this high...

Not very pleased with the customer service I received yesterday. I was simply going in to drop off a pkg. The flamboyant associate who came up to the counter was not customer friendly. And the other associate who seemed to be the mgr was arguing with a customer. It appeared the customer did not understand that the document he wanted notarized required the other party who signed the Document needed to be present. I kindly said to the two that my pkg needed to go out today or marked today. Both associates were having difficulty with the register. They rudely stated to me that it wasn’t there problem that the system went down. I said “REALLY”. Well, I stepped away and called Another UPS store and asked if there system was down and there reply was no. I told them The situation and spoke with that store mgr. And he politely apologized for what I was experiencing. Mean while a customer walked in With pkgs and was out a few minutes later with A receipt in hand. So I went Isnide to get pkg sent off. I’m not happy with that store. Bad...

This branch has the worst customer service. You come in they never acknowledge you. They will sit there and scan packages forever that could probably wait instead of assisting their customers. They also especially the girls like to sit there talking, not acknowledge their customers coming into the door and have their face in their phone, rather than assisting their customers first. The only time I’ve ever got good customer service is when the owner was there fixing some thing in the building and the girl who is a notary there gave me good customer service, the one time which I am a regular and there almost every day , only because the owner was there. I enjoy going to the FedEx on the other side of the expressway because the customer service is excellent in there and I have a great relationship with the employees. They are more than willing to drop what they’re doing to help their customers first...
