My Cell Repair - phones, computers and tech — Local services in Rohnert Park

I've been putting up with an IPhone 6+ that I could hardly hear my callers. All google suggested fixes to increase the volume failed and I was preparing for the assault on my wallet to get a new unit. After pricing the new IPhone-12's I decided to try one last "fix" and took my phone to My Cell Repair in Rohnert Park. I met Dan who heard me out and did a quick test of the volume on my phone. He told me that one of two things were wrong. He suggested that it might just need an internal cleaning of the ear piece or if that didn't work he said he could replace the speaker. I was envisaging a few days to a week without my phone and asked him how long it would take. When he said,"30 minutes" I couldn't give him the phone fast enough. A half hour later I returned and had a phone with an earpiece volume that I had to turn down!! He informed me that the cleaning was enough and charged me the minimum. I can't say enough about this service and they will get all me phone problems in the future....

Thee only place I would recommend and take our family of seven phones to because of a few individuals who work here. This is Not your typical experience with cell repairs and knowledge. Prices are set by owner is what I think I remember, and they are comparable with the market, not cheaper then. Truly A m a z i n g !!! K r i s is a phenomenal woman who is Sosososo very genuine, kind down to earth very easy to talk to and - she completely understands what you are trying to express- i have a disability that is not only challenging for myself- but I have had many difficulties over the years because ppl get frustrated often with me and I really don’t blame them it helps to have some patience though is very appreciated and very very knowledgeable! Absolutely ZERO hassle haggling finagling- prices are NOT set by Kris or_______( I am so sorry I have forgotten your name, a young woman in her mid twenties maybe-maybe 30, and you too have been absolutely amazing)

Trustworthy and Humble! This place has helped me before, though I don't remember what about. I remember that the service was prompt and I wasn't worried any step of the way, however! Then I went in today with an odd situation- had dropped my phone and popped out the front panel, bending the back. I explained that the phone was functional and I just didn't know what to do to fix it further than that. The person there talked to me while he took a stab at fixing the issue right there, and didn't bring up payment at all. He had popped it back in within a couple minutes and warned me nicely that my phone was pretty much doomed from now on, that it's end of functioning life was only a matter of time because of the conditions of the "injury". He did the whole little fix for free and sent me off with some well wishes! I will be back as soon as I have another issue, because this company is my favorite...
