I normally only do reviews when things are really good or really bad... The girls were fabulous, incredibly detailed, and genuinely wanted to make sure all of my needs were handled. I was a little hesitant about the cost at first but the level of work and detail put into my house was worth every penny! From my inquiry to the appointment, the office made things very smooth and easy - I knew what to expect and I appreciate the communication among the office and cleaning teams. I am excited to have Merry Maids back...

I just used Merry Maids (Rome, GA) for the first time to clean my home. The individual that came out to perform the service, Lisa, was absolutely outstanding!!! Marie !!! is a rare gem! She cleans our house with the same care and attention she would her own. Our house looks and feels incredible every time she comes. It saves us so much time and has made such a difference in our lives. Plus, Marie is just a pleasure to have around. She is one-of-a-kind.
