Horrible customer service! I have never in all my years walked into a shoe store and not be acknowledged the entire time that i was in the store! Eventually i had to walk over to the register where all of the employees were congregating and playing like they were all on lunch in high school! I then asked if someone could assist me with getting a size for my daughter and even after that the congregating resumed. I asked for a manager which was a unfortunate that it was the same girl that felled to assist me in the first place! I expressed how the customer service was pis-poor and unprofessional as she tried to then give a unconcerned apology. Please train your employees efficiently or this store will not last much longer! I will never be back...

Mireya and the staff are hands down one of the nicest people I have met who work in customer service. Since the first time I came in, I was greeted with a smile, asked how I needed help and very knowledgeable about any product questions. From there on, Mireya remembered me and knew what items I had previously purchased or inquired about.
