Houston Foods LLC — Restaurant in Rosenberg

I am a very frequent customer at this location and after the experience today I can say I will never come back. For starters I went through the drive thru and had 2 separate orders. Very easy orders! when I pulled up to the window and was charged for the food I noticed he charged me for the wrong orders on the wrong card. I told him and the first thing out of his mouth was"F* Bro". He then called another cashier over and after about a minute handed me my food and my cards and left. I was left with out any reassurance that the problem was fixed. When I made it home I checked my account and seen that I was charged for the wrong order. I called the location over 7 times before they answered. I spoke to a manager and was asked to come back up to the location so I can get my money back. We I arrived the first thing the manager said was now what's the problem because I could hear you on the phone. Then he proceeds to say oh well I can't give you your money back because your order wasn't messed up but I can come back when a service manager come in at 9. You already had me come in for no reason and now your telling me to come back in 45 minutes. That was just absolutely crazy!! My husband and I decided to dine in. We ordered the bacon melt meal along with a whopper jr. and other items. We were told that they were out of the buns for the melt which was fine so we asked if they could put it on a regular bun. When we got our food, the melt was the size of my whopper jr. I asked them if they could remake the burger. The person who took my order said, "that is the size they are." I told him that we have ordered this before and they are the size of a regular burger. He begins to argue with me. Even the manager started arguing with me. I told her that the other locations have a bigger portion. She then tells me that the other locations are serving the wrong size. Employee's are usually nice on the few times I've gone through drive thru, very respectable. But on Tues june20.17 I decided to go inside wrather than wait in the extremely long line in drive thru. There should always be a cashier in front to help those who come inside. Saw about 7 employees, not one greeted or acknowledge me until about 5 mins later. All I ordered was a large frie, nuggets 10pc and the fruit loop shake(which sucked) and took about another ten minutes to get my order and what seemed to be the manager she got an attitude because I had to ask her for a straw because she forgot to give me one in the first place.
