MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I was so excited for MOD to be opening closer to home. Last night we went and we were beyond disappointed. Although it looked pretty well staffed no one really seemed to be working. One person was making crust (the only person to say hello) one person putting toppings on the pizza. This person had zero urgency. We literally stood there for 18 minutes while he put one pizza and salad together. He was walking back and forth to the back several times to refill ingredients but as if he had all the time in the world and 7 people weren't waiting in line. During this time I had time to observe alot. Although the establishment is new the floors were filthy. More ingredients on the floor behind the counter then anything else. I heard someone ask for a manager and a kid standing there in the middle of the slow moving maddness came forward. After 26 minutes of waiting it was finally our turn. He walked to the back again came back and then started looking around for something else, no idea what. My husband and I gave up and walked out. I understand mostly kids are going to work there but management should realize until it's a well oiled machine they need guidance and motivation. They need to reevaluate their staff for sure. All teenage boys more interested in walking around in circles listening to music that have obviously not been properly trained in neither their jobs or basic customer service. We will not...

Phone will not connect you to the location…Pizza was prepared incorrectly, cup was given to me with the same gloves pizza was prepared with, when I showed them it had food on it they gave me a smaller cup than what I paid for, the cup provided was busted and the drink was spilling everywhere, had to get another cup … number 3, the lid did not fit, waited for my pizza, waited for my pizza, waited for my pizza, asked where it was and pointed out to them that it looked like my pizza was placed in someone else’s box, they didn’t believe me, looked in the oven it wasn’t there, they finally looked in the box and it was in a box with the wrong name that had been sitting there… the box I told them was mine. Then I told them it was the wrong name and he just looked at me stupid…. And handed me the cold pizza and walked away from me. Pizza was soggy, I had to place in the oven once I arrived home. Also the lady that prepared my pizza, prepared three other orders… rang them up, and grabbed drinks, with the same exact gloves she had on when she prepared my pizza. No one apologized, they looked at me in disgust as if I did something wrong. I’ve been coming to this location since the grand opening and have NEVER had this experience. I wanted to let management know but the number will not connect you to the location. I’d like a call back please....

I've waited over 2 years to be able to eat pizza again from being deathly sick for years not being able to eat solid foods and MOD is my FAVORITE, so I just moved to this location placed my order MADE SURE TO ASK FOR THE BALSAMIC FIG GLAZE EXTRA GLAZE ON THE SIDE AS THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART OF THIS PIZZA AND I CANT REALLY WALK RIGHT NOW DUE TO KIDNEY FAILURE AND SUPER SWOLLEN FEET AND LEGS SO I HAVE TO RELY ON DELIVERY AND CANT ORDER MY PIZZA IN PERSON TO MAKE SURE I GET MY FIG GLAZE AND SURE ENOUGH I DIDN'T GET THE GLAZE AT ALL AND MY PIZZA ARRIVED 30 MINUTES PAST WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO AND ITS CRAZY SOGGY AND ICE COLD. MOD PIZZA NORMALLY HAS FABULOUS PIZZA MAKERS AT EVERY STORE BUT I GUESS ORDERING AT THE END OF THE NIGHT MEANS MY ORDER BEING CORRECT DOESNT REALLY MATTER.
