I love Chipotle. That being said. This place is terrible, this is the worst service I've ever had to deal with. The staff is rude, they don't listen, they ignore you even when they see you and nothing is never correct. I've given this place 3 tries, and that's already 1 too many, but as I said I love chipotle so I was willing. I quit now. Rosenberg location is a failure, simple.
1st time...I ordered online, it was a pretty decent order, and when you order online everything you want is literally printed on a ticket, plain as day. Rice was not added to any of my bowls and when I called, I was told that I could just bring it up there and they could fix it. First of all, if I wanted to leave my house, I would have the first time. That's the whole point of delivery, not to leave my house. I tried to get it refunded, credited, but they didn't wanna deal with it so instead there was nothing else they could do. So i was stuck with three riceless bowls. It was the principle which kept me stubbornly in my house, but i definitely reported.
2nd time, I ended up ordering again (I'm hungry okay) and I asked for extra everything and I ended up getting LESS of everything and i did drive up there this time and raised H E L L because why am I paying 20 dollars and I can shake my bowl and hear the skeletons? Any other chipotle in Houston, Rice, Shepard, Bunker...they get it, extra means extra. Rosenberg acts like this is coming out of their own personal stock or something and when i asked for a remake, it took forever and i got an attitude from the staff for it.
3rd time, months later, i decided to give it another go (stupid i know). Absolutely filthy store, sticky floors, no forks, drink machines were dirty on the outside and I'm sure by the splatter all over the counter that it wasn't going to be clean on the inside so I didn't even bother. I ended up asking for fresh everything because everything behind the glass looked like it had been left out since the night before. I should've drove to Sugarland or something, I wanted to eat there but nothing is ever clean!!!!!
I see people complaining about the staff but it comes from management. If it's not squared away at the top then you get mediocrity every else.
Thank you for your terrible service, Chipotle at Rosenberg. I will never be visiting your...
Read moreLet me be the first to say welcome to the Rosenberg area. I’ve been very excited to come patronize your restaurant. I have been a life long chipotle fan. And I was very excited to see one opening up in my neighborhood.
However, there’s been a growing trend at your particular store here in Rosenberg that I find problematic both as a fellow business owner and as a customer of your establishment. While, I’ve never had a negative experience with your staff. They’ve all been very kind and respectful, I have had issues with portions being served to customers. It almost feels as if I’m pulling teeth just to get a decent size portion that I’m paying for. I tried to hint at it kindly without feeling like I’m making a scene or being pushy, but I’ve had to outright just say it and be direct, which is embarrassing just to get what you feel like you’re paying for.
I completely understand that prices are going up because cost of doing business is higher, but the quality that the customer is receiving should not change even if the price is. Hiding behind chipotle standards of portions is a little bit ridiculous.
I would tc like to see more pride and care being taken that customers are satisfied with what they’re paying for. I’m not asking anyone to go above and beyond or to over serve, but I’m asking for the bare minimum of the standard, which was set years ago when I began patronizing, chipotle restaurants.
If customers feel like they are not getting a value for what they’re spending, the short term gains in money saved by giving people minuscule portions will be far overshadowed by the lost revenue as people stop coming and patronizing your restaurant, and then one day you’ll close your doors.
I would be happy to clarify more and explain if you need it. But I just would like to see your restaurant be successful and I would like to also as a customer feel that I’m getting a good value for what I’m...

I visited this location twice within a two-day span, and unfortunately, both experiences were deeply disappointing. As a business owner, I pay close attention to operations and customer service, and what I witnessed was a clear breakdown in both.
There was a glaring lack of professionalism and enthusiasm among the staff. The food items appeared old, dry, and poorly maintained. Portions were laughably small, as if the servers were fearful of giving a proper serving. Most frustrating of all, the Chipotle Chicken—the very reason I returned—lacked the distinctive flavor and quality I’ve come to expect from the brand. It was bland, unseasoned, and tasted nothing like the signature offering it’s supposed to be.
This location is in dire need of a complete retraining of its staff—or better yet, a temporary closure until the fundamentals of service and food quality can be restored. The root of these issues lies squarely in poor management. It's astonishing that, despite the growing number of negative reviews, this store continues to operate as if nothing is wrong.
It’s surviving solely on the strength of the Chipotle name, because it certainly isn’t delivering the Chipotle experience. I won’t be returning to this location and strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere until serious...
